“ I loved this place! I got the Tuna Tower and a side salad with their house made honey mustard. The honey mustard had just a bit of spice and it was some of the best dressing I’ve ever had (and I’m definitely a sauce girlie). The tuna was fresh and the crispy wonton chips were crunchy and oh so delicious as well. The portion looks small but it’s bigger than you realize. My friend got a salad that featured their house made ranch which was also AWESOME. I’m not a huge fan of ranch (I know it contradicts the sauce girlie title) but this was so good and had an extra hint of dill. Will be happy to return next time I’m in town! ”
“ On our recent road trip to Lexington, we stopped by this fantastic brewery for some beers and dinner. We left feeling full and pleasantly surprised by how exceptional this place is. My wife and I shared several dishes, each one more delicious than the last. The Americano burger was simple yet packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The brussels sprouts were outstanding—definitely among the best we've had. The sauce was delightful, and the cooking was spot on. The pub fries were served hot and had a satisfying crispiness. We also tried the Sichuan dumplings, which were a standout. They had a super crisp bottom and a nice chewy top, making them absolutely amazing. With five per order, they were perfect for sharing, though there might be a battle for the last one! And let’s not forget the beer—there was plenty to choose from. Overall, this brewery exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it! ”
“ If you’re visiting Corbin from out of town, stop by The Wrigley. A taproom and full bar with some of the best food in town. Make sure to get Brussels sprouts as a side. ”
“ This is my family's first time in the town and this location was recommended to us. We tried the Big ass pretzel, The tuna Tower and the key lime pie. We also had a kitty cocktail, a hefeising and a peach beer. Everything was delicious!. All the food seemed to be very high quality and we're comfortable sizes for sharing. My only small criticizing would be. It's a little confusing for someone that's not been here before as to how the seating and ordering works. And the downside to ordering at the bar is it's relatively slow. That is due to the fact that the bartenders are being very personable with every customer, which is great. But when you're not sure what's going on you don't even know if you're supposed to be standing in line it can be a little confusing. Some sort of signage would probably be helpful to people that aren't regulars. Overall great experience! Definitely recommend trying them out if you're in the area! ”
“ I stumbled upon this place while traveling through the area. Wow! What a find!! Now, I go out of my way when traveling to stop by. Great beer selection and the food specials change often. I always sit at the bar and the service is top-notch! Stop by if u r in the area - u wont regret it!! Picture is half eaten tuna tower...lol ”
“ First off the Espresso Martini was strong, can’t go wrong with that. We got the Americano burger it was a really good burger with home cut fries. The fries were seasoned very well. They had several beers on tap too. All in all a nice little spot to grab a drink and something to eat. ”
“ We stopped in for lunch and everything from the restaurant itself, to the staff, to the food was great! We started with the pretzel. It was piping hot and perfect. The beer cheese was good, but man that honey mustard was where it was at. It tasted like it had a little horseradish in it and I couldn’t get enough. Whatever the secret to it is, don’t change it. I got the American Burger and those fried brussel sprouts were so tasty I could eat a whole plate of those alone! My wife got the Jacket Potato and she enjoyed it as well. Highly recommended this joint! ”
“ Exceptional quality, perfect flavor. Produce and meats are harvested from local farms. The dishes are masterfully crafted by a truly talented chef, blending flavors, colors, and textures in a perfect balance that truly delighted my pallet. The quality and ambiance are worthy of accredited recognition, this chef owned eatery is hands down top notch. I understand the menu changes with the season/harvest, and hope to be able to try other menu items and specialty drinks in the future, when we pass through Corbin again. ”
